Constitution of the 参议院工作人员

1. The name of this organization is the 参议院工作人员 of pg电子游戏试玩.
2. The purposes of this organization are:

• • 提名委员会, comprised of five persons from the 参议院工作人员, shall submit candidates for officers of the Executive Committee, to be voted on at the election in May.
  • The election and appointment of 参议院工作人员 members shall be held in May, with electees assuming duties the succeeding July.
  • The term of elected 参议院工作人员 members shall be two years.委员有理由并经出席并参加表决的全体成员三分之二多数票罢免, provided a quorum is present.

Duties of the 副总统
The 副总统 shall act in an advisory capacity to the President and, in the absence of the President, shall perform all duties of the President.

Duties of the 财务处长:
The 财务处长 shall oversee the official record-keeping of the Senate, including membership records and official minutes of the Senate meetings; notify the membership of meetings, and perform the functions assigned the position by the President.

Duties of the Parliamentarian:
The Parliamentarian shall keep abreast of the constitution, 规则, 遵守参议院的规章制度，并精通根据罗伯特的议事规则主持会议的适当礼仪.

2. The Executive Committee shall consist of the current officers of the 参议院工作人员, the immediate Past President and the immediate Past 财务处长.

1. The Executive Committee shall prepare, 至少在每次会议召开前三天公布并分发工作人员参议会议的议程.

5. There shall be at least four meetings per year.Special meetings may be called by the Executive Committee.

对本章程的修改，经全体工作人员以简单多数投票通过后生效.
